Responsibility 工作职责:
· 作为收款部门与外部沟通的窗口,跟进和处理其他部门转过来的问题。
· 协助主管并参与部门工作流程的优化工作。
· 在完成收款工作的同时,能够运用电话、面对面或者其他沟通谈判技巧维护良好的客户关系。
· 与负责区域内的经销商、区域销售经理和客户建立和培养良好的工作关系。
· 了解客户情况、分析其以往的还款习惯并评估客户风险,在公司政策范围内为合同延期和变更提供建议,协助客户服务团队完成合同修改的前期工作。
· 及时协调并处理逾期客户的问题及提供客户服务。
· 定期向经销商发送邮件,为区域催收经理提供数据、法律文件等方面的支持,并出具各种能够满足部门日常工作需要的报告。
· Provides an initial point of contact for internal and external customers. Assists dealers, customers and staff members to answer lease contract related questions, resolve problems, which could be moderate, more and the most complex. Addresses referrals of issues from other personnel. Assists Supervisor in development and implementation of process improvements.
· Collects past due accounts and uses telephone, face to face negotiation and other techniques to maintain the customer relationship.
· Develops and nurtures a strong working relationship with dealers, Area Sales Managers and customers in an assigned portfolio.
· Evaluates customer credit reports. Analysis of past payment habits and assesses validity of customer information statements. Suggests deferrals and contract re-writes within prescribed guidelines.
· Coordinates timely resolution of customer service issues on past due accounts.
· Coordinates the repossession of equipment with dealers or repossession vendor Service Company.
· Refers and supports the legal administration of customer accounts in the litigation process.
· Assists with coordination of collection activities with appropriate dealer and company personnel. Performs special projects or additional duties as assigned.
· Assist CS team to precede customers’ applications of contract modification, send emails to dealer for collection communication, provide support for area collection managers on data,
legal files, etc., and generate miscellaneous business reports used for daily work within and out of company.

· Observe company marketing policy and achieve sales target (via dealers or distributors) and implement John Deere brand and products promotion;

· Enhance dealer loyalty, increase dealer’s sales ability and support dealer to get sales;
提高经销商的忠实度, 提高经销商的销售能力,并支持经销商进行销售;
· Monitor competitors' performance and study and research market trends.
关注竞争对手的业绩情况, 了解研究市场趋势。
Qualification 任职资格:
· Bachelor or above in mechanical engineering, agricultural machinery, marketing or relevant。机械工程、农业机械、市场营销等专业本科或本科以上学历。
· Good English skills, fluent in both spoken and written English;
良好的英文水平,读写、口语流利。
· Microsoft Office computing skills;
熟练掌握微软办公软件的使用。
· Ability to communicate effectively with dealers, customers;
能有效地与经销商和客户沟通。
· Acceptance for 75% travel time;
能够接受 75%出差时间。
