Principal responsibilities

·         Assist Global Banking RM team to collect consolidate and updated customer information;

·         Make daily news search to monitor the market risk;

·         Provide supporting works to Global Banking RM for industry research and credit analysis;

·         Assist Global Banking RM to do KYC search by client communication and confirming customer information from the public resource;

·         Support Global Banking Credit & Client Support team for documentation preparation, sorting and filing;

·         Logistic support to Global Banking daily business (e.g. meeting arrangement, documents copying/printing, business trip transportation arrangement etc.)

 ·        Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with good knowledge of PC application software;

·        High levels of motivation and reliability;

·        Patience and good communication skills;

·        Be able to work independently and withstand pressure;

·        Can work at least 3 days a week.
