   1. Coordination skills between different Depts for, but not limited to, offer, report, project, prototype delivery, production plan, customer claims.

   Work Description:

   
   

   1. Data collecting for sales report, weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual.
   2. 收集完成周/月/季度/年度销售报告。
   3. pan>
   4. RFQ for inter company business, send RFQ to purchasing, get offer from supplier and formalize DTT offer, properly and in time.
   5. 集团内部业务的询价和完成报价。
   6. span>
   7. Inter company project follow up from kick off till SOP: prototype/OTS/PPAP submission, tooling invoice and submission of relative contracts.
   8. 内部项目的跟踪：项目定点/样件/OTS/PPAP/模具发票开具/合同签订。
   9. span>
   10. Epicor input for new project and sales daily application.
   11. icor系统的新项目录入和日常销售运作。

   
   

   1. Execution of other daily work as agreed with Business Manager.

   出口业务经理安排的其他事务。
