Job Responsibilities:
* Switch on incoming calls and refer telephone callers to the appropriate individual, deal promptly with any messages;
* Receive and assist incoming visitors arrange meeting room, ensure the visitors go to the correct office or individual;
* Collect, register, classify and distribute or assist in distributing all incoming mails, documents, parcels and newspapers;
* Receive and distribute business express, mails, newspaper and magazine etc.;
* Order and distribute office supplier and stationery;
* Ensure that the reception & visitors areas are presented to an excellent hygienic and tidy standard;
* Other working required by department manager.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor degree or above in Admin、HR or other related areas;
* Pressure handling skill, hardworking, patient and diligent;
* Good communication;
* Language : good oral English, German is a plus;
* At least 3 days per week, current location is Shanghai.
