主要职责：

• 负责准确下单，准确传达客户要求；
• 负责客户的寄样、报价、出货进程、客户回款、销售单据的跟踪与反馈；
• 负责客户邮件在24小时内及时处理；
• 负责客户投诉的妥善处理，不能解决及时反馈部门领导；
• 负责客户需求的及时反馈，对公司新品的有效推荐；
• 与部门领导及各部门的横向沟通、协调工作；
• 完成上级交办的其他任务。

职位要求：

• 大学专科及以上学历，国际贸易、纺织印染、外贸英语类相关专业；
• 2年以上纺织品外贸工作经验；
• 熟悉外贸工作的各项流程；
• 英语具有较强的听、说、读、写能力，熟练操作电脑办公软件；
• 具有良好的沟通、处理问题的能力，责任心强，抗压性强

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for placing orders and communicating the customers' needs accurately;
• Responsible for following up the whole processes of the foreign trade from samples sending, quotation, order receiving to delivery. Take care of the customer payments and after sales service；
• Deal with the E-mails from clients timely in 24 hours;
• In charge of handling customer complaints. Respond those cannot be handled to the department leader timely；
• Have a good understanding of clients' needs on products and feedback to Fabric Developing Department so as to recommend proper products to the clients;
• Communicate with the department leader and the portrait departments；
• Finish other jobs arranged by the superior.

Job Requirements:

• College degree or above, major in Foreign Trade, Textile Printing and Dyeing or Foreign Trade English is preferred.
• 2 years or above working experience in fabric foreign trade;
• Familiar with the whole process of foreign trade;
• Good at English in listening, speaking, reading and writing. Familiar with computer office software;
• Have a high ability in communication and problem solving, have a strong sense of responsibility and an ability to work under pressure.
