Detailed Responsibilities
Assist in conferences room booking and tracking, Train/air tickets booking and ordering
会议室预定及管理;火车票、机票预定及购买
Staff attendance report
员工考勤登记及出勤管理
Daily office administrative support
日常办公室行政支持
Staff leave application sorting and data entry to HR system , Staff Leave balance enquiry.
员工休假单整理并录入至人事系统员工,剩余休假查询
Training record sorting and data entry to HR system.
培训记录整理并录入人事系统
Receive and distribute all general correspondence, couriers
邮件和信件、快递收发
Answer all incoming calls and handle inquiries whenever possible, Greet, assist or direct visitors, customers and other guests
公司总机电话、转接;接待访客
Staff benefit name list collecting, distribution & enquiry recording.
员工福利统计、发放及咨询接待。
Attendance Follow-up, statistics report and feedback.
考勤跟踪、统计、反馈。
Interview calls to candidates and fix the schedule with interviewer.
面试邀请并与面试者确认面试时间。
Other task assigned by the superior.
