This position is for PD&T (People Development & Training) Department, a division of Magna International, but still needs to work closly with other HR function.

Major Responsibilities

The responsibilities include but not limit to:

• Support PD&T Manager to coordinate training sessions and seasonal workshops
• Translate PD&T and HR related policies and documents
• Responsible for meeting mintues when required
• Track and collect training feedback from internal and external
• Prepare forms, tables,documents per Manager's requirements
• Assist in preparing purchasing request and bank payment in aligned with finance requirements
• Assist in resume screening and interview arrangement
• Other duties when required
  
  
  
  Knowledge and Education
• University students who will graduate in year of 2018 or later, from any major field, major in English is preferred
• Good written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin
• Able to present information in forms, tables, and spreadsheets.
• Team worker and self-motivation
• Can work 3 days one week for 6 months at least
