1.负责客户单证信息的输入及提单确认；
2.负责操作部档案归档整理事宜；

  

3.与船公司确认货物上船事宜；

  

4.与发货人沟通确认提单细节；

  

5.与发货人确认费用及国内发票事宜；

  

6.在操作系统中输入提单、费用等信息；

  

7.与操作/客服人员相互合作；

  

8.主管或经理交办事宜。
