1. Key Objectives and Scope of the Position

A. Explain why the position exists / the goal of this position.

Sep up, implement and steer projects of the Academy (on the topic of process, mobile learning, etc.).Plan and conduct communication activities internal and external the Academy.Develop business opportunities based on strategy and business requirements, to ensure the maximum efficiency and in line with company strategy. Ensure IT system (SAP) support training operations and are customer oriented.

Project management:- Set up the project based on project premises (such as phase I, II, mobile learning etc.)- Establish project tracking process and perform regular review- Overall steer the project topics- Ensure the quality of project delivery- Detect and escalate risks, provide analytic and problem solving support to facilitate key decisions

Full Responsibility

Communication:- Develop and align strategic communication plan for the Academy- Renew training guideline & policy according to business change for 4 entities- Maintain and update intranet of the Academy (also include pop up)- Consulting on internal and external communication, CI issues etc.- As the interface between entities' HR communication platform- Develop contents, conduct and document workshops/meetings/sharing sessions/internal trainings within the Academy

Business development: research and develop growth opportunities of the Academy in line with company strategy and business requirements

Training system topics:- Support Learning Management system(SAP) appropriate functionality- Optimize the system with business development. (Solution implementation, testing, maintenance and continuous system improvement)- Develop E-learning new functions to support business needs- Bring fresh learning experience to user with advantage and new technical of system (such as mobile learning)- Act as interface to IT department
