负责开发维护3G、4G无线协议和空中接口，实现相关的通信协议规范，无线移动测试设备，测试程序和行业标准。工作中需要与手机软件开发人员进行接口定义，程序调试、修改bug、改进软件、增强测试程序、开发脚本、支持自动调试等等。

技能、经验要求:
C/C++软件开发，Perl或Python；
3G或4G系统的软件开发或功能测试；
利用trace32 JTAG调试嵌入式实时系统的能力，等等；
创建脚本（perl／Python）来分析测试结果；
能够使用无线通信测试设备，分析测试日志；
良好的英语沟通和人际交往能力；
每周工作时间不少于32小时。

教育背景要求:
通信工程，电子信息工程，计算机工程硕士及以上
