负责对高通Wifi/BT类芯片的生产数据进行分析，整理，总结，如生产良率的统计，失效芯片数量统计，失效芯片种类统计，异常失效芯片/lot的检查，同时帮助分析其他各类ATE的测试结果，帮助分析RMA芯片的测试结果等。

? 帮助工程师做ATE的各类测试数据进行分析和总结。

技能、经验要求：
? 英语沟通好
? 学习能力强，善于团队合作，沟通良好，自我激励。
? 如果有半导体工艺，封装和失效的知识或经验为佳
? 如果有射频系统/芯片测试经验为佳
? 如果有数据分析，数理统计有经验为佳。
? 如果有脚本编程经验为佳，如Python, Perl，TCL。

教育背景要求:
电子工程，微电子，或计算机相关的本科及硕士。
