Responsibilities职位描述

1.Develop and improve product manufacture process, design die-cut tool, fixture and jig to compliant with customer design

设计和改善产品工艺流程，设计模切模具，生产治具, 满足客户设计需求。

2.Manage project, lead cross functional team to meet project milestones, evaluate project risk, manage project schedule, evaluate

product cost, prioritize project actions, report project progress and escalate issues.

管理项目跨部门团队，满足项目里程碑，评估项目风险，管理项目进程，评估产品成本，管理项目行动优先级，

汇报项目进度和相关问题。

3.Interface with customer, evaluate customer requirement, develop project plan according to customer requirement.

和客户沟通，评估客户需求，管理项目计划。

4.Perform new product/materials design verification and validation .开展新产品，新材料设计评估和验证。

5.Manage engineering change, initiate change order and implement change notice. 管理工程变更。

6.Monitor sample order fulfillment, track schedule closely.管控样品需求。

7.Accomplish tasks assigned from manager.完成上级安排的任务。

Qualifications任职资格

Education: College Diploma or above

教育水平： 大学专科以上学历

Major: Mechanical, Industrial design, Electrical, Electrics Engineering or related

专业：机构设计，工业设计，电器，电子工程，或相关

Professional: Skillful CAD user

专业能力：熟练使用CAD软件

Work Experience: 1 year or above, Die-cut experience preferred but not necessary

工作经验: 1年或以上，有模切经验优先，但非必要

Capability Requirement 能力要求

1.Rich experience on using Auto CAD for product/tool design. 丰富的产品模具设计经验。

2.Knowledge in project management tools, PMP certificate holder is a plus. 熟悉项目管理工具，有PMP证书优先。

3.Good communication skill. 良好的沟通能力。

4.Can use English as work language, good in reading and writing. 能使用英语作为工作语言，能读能写。

5.Team player, willing to work and share with teammates. 团队合作，乐于分享。

6.Experience in industry machine modification/improvement is a plus. 有工业机器改装，改进经验者优先。

7.Knowledge in quality management tools. 理解质量管理方法或工具。

1. 此岗位需在迈锐恩(苏州)工作半年，面试地点：苏州或者深圳。
