Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for assist sales office manager and sales engineer handle daily work and local government checking 协助办事处经理和销售工程师处理日常工作和应对当地政府部门的审核;
2. help the Sales to do the quotation and make contracts and follow and check implement situation of contact on time until this contact has been closed normally. 协助销售人员制作报价,合同,及时跟踪并了解合同执行状态,及至合同执行完毕并正常关闭;
3. Ensure on-time delivery of goods to meet end user requirement and follow delivery situation timely. 根据客户的需求确保货物能准时发运。货物发运后,及时跟踪并了解货物发运的状态,及至客户收到相应货物;
4. Handle internal and external documentation including receive,number,print,distributes,files,revise,change edition,cancel,recalls etc.负责公司内部体系文件及外来文件的登录、编号、打印、发放、归档、修订、改版、作废、收回等管制;
5.Assist Sales Office Manager check office daily work, such as first-checking of claim,submit monthly contact,check financial fee,make report and form by requirement,daily maintenance for office equipment,purchase general article etc.协助并参与办事处经理对办事处进行日常管理,包括对销售工程师报销费用的初审、月度合同统计、财务费用核对、报表的制定、办事处设备的日常维护、日常用品的采购等等;
6.Assist Sales Office Manager follow the normal checking from the government departments such as Business Association bureau/Tax bureau/bank etc. 协助办事处经理完成工商、税务、银行等国家部门对办事处工作的符合国家、地方等相关法律、法规所规定的正常审查.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1.University degree in mechanical or technical or related. 机械或技术专业本科;
2.Relevant working experience is prefer.有相关工作经验优先;
3.Ability to work under repeating& bald work with good psychology& personal quality. Good adaption to flexible environment. Open-minded and positive attitude to difficulties良好的个人素质和心理状态及重复简单工作及枯燥工作的忍耐力,能够很好的适应变化的环境,思维敏锐,面对困难态度积极;
4.Preferably equipped with basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office software and type, also hands-on experience up on sales module in SAP system. 熟练使用基本的办公软件包括打字,熟悉掌握SAP系统的销售模块优先;
5.Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin is prefer.熟练说写英语和普通话优先;
