Responsibilities:
· To create and implement a strategic plan managing all non-production material purchasing activity with China affiliate.
· To work with other functions to purchase from third party suppliers mainly for indirect non-manufacturing expenditures.
· To collaborate with business partners and global contacts to drive and reach agreement on sourcing strategies.
· To implement the agreed sourcing strategies through: Selection and/or development of existing suppliers to execute sourcing strategy.
· Preparation of request for quotation(RFQ) and evaluating responses
· Creation and implementation of supplier relationship management plans and key metrics to measure and improve performance
· Price and cost management
· Purchasing order approval
· Perform purchasing activities-sourcing, audit, qualification, negotiation, supply planning, supplier evaluation, and documentation for indirect material.
· Review and negotiation contract terms, ensuring uninterrupted services quality while safe guarding the business interest.
· Communicate cross-functionally with other Dept. so as to achieve operational targets.
· Update the relevant supplier’s database.
· Other specific jobs which are instructed from immediate supervisor.

§ 创造并执行供应商关系管理方案和关键的公制以测量和提高其准确性
§ 价格和成本控制
§ 采购订单认可
§ 进行采购行为-原料、审核、合格条件、协商、供应计划、供应商评估以及间接原料的文件。
§ 回顾并协商合同条款,确保不被打扰的服务质量,同时保证商业利益。
§ 与其他部门进行跨功能交流,以完成操作目标。
§ 更新相关供应商的数据库。
§ 其他直接领导指示的特定工作。
§ 致力于解决在质量、供应或物流方面可能出现的所有与商务相关的问题。
§ 其它直接主管安排的工作
要求:
本科学历,商务相关专业;
1年MRO采购相关经验,或2018年应届毕业生
了解跨国合同法和合同协商。擅长交际,高度团队工作和服务意识
良好的英语和中文语言技能
良好的计算机能力,包括Word, Excel, Power Point,SAP
良好的交流和演讲技能
