工作职责 Job Responsibility

1. 负责银行结算业务和现金提存和保管，及时核对现金日记账和银行存款日记账，做到账款相符；月末编制银行余额调节表。Be responsible for bank settlement operation and cash withdrawal and cash keeping, check the cash journal and bank journal in time in order to ensure no difference between cash journal and cash in hand, bank journal and bank record. Make reconciliation statement of bank account at the end of month.

 

1. 按规定流程进行现金及银行支付。   
   Make bank payment according to relevant procedure

 

1. 编制公司内部财务报告，如周/月度资金报告、外汇，授信使用一览表等。                

Make internal report, such as weekly & monthly treasury statement,bank facility report and foreign exchange.

 

1. 付款凭证、现金日记帐、现金盘点表的准备及装订。
   Prepare bank slip, cash journal, cash count statement, and do the binding.

    

2. 负责银行贷款相应事宜

Prepare the bank loan and other issue.
