任职要求:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (both oral and written)
- Engineering Bachelor Degree + MBA is required, with outstanding academic results
- Focus on a specific industry (e.g. automotive, internet etc.)
- An analytical thinker and also able to solve problems creatively
- Comprehensive computer skills with understanding of basic coding, experience and knowledge of database and statistical software (Such as SAS, R, Python), an d ability to work with large datasets
- Ability to translate scientific insights into product decisions and work streams
- Good people skills, team oriented, quality driven, highly committed and professional
