Responsibility
Participate in the insurance system business analysis
1)     Collect and analyze client's business requirement for system under direction from senior professional service consultant;
2)     Identify the difference between system and client's  requirement and provide the solution under direction from senior professional service consultant;
3)     Work out and implement the requirement documents and testing case by the language client required;
4)     Transfer business requirements and gaps to development team;
5)     Conduct the system testing and provide support after implementation

Requirements
Bachelor degree or above. Major in Insurance and Finance related is preferred;
Proficiency in English communication; 
Confident, logical and effective communication; 
Strong capability of analysis and quick learning;
Good team player; 
Able to work under pressure;

Oversea study or work experience is preferred.

职责简述: 
作为易保和客户保险公司之间的桥梁，利用专业的保险知识和软件需求分析的手段，基于易保软件产品功能和云服务解决方案，收集和分析客户对于保险公司业务流程改进的详细期望，总结归纳后撰写文档或培训项目团队，在项目实施过程中不断和客户进行沟通，参与项目会议，并且参与最终的调试工作，确保精准的项目交付目标得以实现。

任职要求：   
1. 本科及以上学历，金融/保险/经济/数学/IT/哲学专业，2019年毕业生；
2. 英语听说读写熟练；具有突出的逻辑思维和归纳总结能力；
3. 具有绝佳的沟通能力和人际影响力。
4. 有海外留学经验优先。
