  岗位职责：Essential Functions of the Job:
  ? Work as a Technical Lead in the IT Advisory Services team to contribute in various technical streams
  of package / Guidewire implementation project
  ? Planning and monitoring of the project deliverables from the team
  ? Collaborate with team members, mentor the project test team to plan, develop and implement project
  activities to achieve project and client goals,
  ? Regular status reporting to the Manager
  ? Building and maintaining relationships with the client, key stakeholders,
  ? Manage the performance management for the direct reportees, as per the organization policies,
  ? Participating in the organization-wide people initiatives
  ? Take responsible for technical documents. Ensures all areas are well documented
  ? Manages code development within a sub-team and/or develop complex modules and architecture.
  ? Participates in architecture, development and document standards decisions
  ? Documents own work and ensures areas of responsibility are well documented
  ? Participates in the development of test plans, test scripts, cases and acceptance criteria and ensures
  test plans address all business requirements
  ? Coordinates testing, draws conclusions and raises issues from testing results. Communicates to
  project and leads
  ? Defines appropriate usage of testing tools
  

  技能要求：Requirements:
  ? Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university, preferably in Computer Science or a related field
  ? fresher
  ? Experience in Java 5, J2EE, XML, Web Services, SQL, ANT, HTML5/Javascript
  ? Strong in Spring, Hibernate
  ? Should have strong knowledge and experience on Tomcat and or Websphere/Weblogic
  ? Real time knowledge and experience on enterprise system integration, preferably from Insurance
  domain background,
  ? Should have understanding and experience of software development best practices
  ? Excellent business communication, leadership skills,
  ? Willing to travel to the customers locations on need basis
  ? Good English Language verbal and written communication
