Position Overview

Developing others is an important part of what we stand for and we established an Organizational Development function to focus exclusively on initiatives that put learning first. This team supports functions across the organization by identifying unmet needs in order to deliver learning and employee engagement initiatives. This position will support learning initiatives for employees in Greater China.
Specific Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Assist to manage new hire training program for all departments including scheduling and other logistics
Coordinate logistics for internal training program from new hires through existing team members
Coodinate logistics and preparation for training event or workshop
Arrange for the maintenance of all necessary materials
Serve as the main point of contact for employee engagement initiatives(Third Bridge learning series), roll out programs and make recommendations for enhancements
To be successful in this role you should have a proven track record of:
A life-long student who is naturally curious and open to learning
An effective communicator who engages others and motivates them to action with clear, concise messages both verbally and in writing
An effective communicator who collect the learning needs in organization and work with external agency to customize content
A project coordinator who follows through, pays attention to details and brings things to complet
Language Requirement:
Good at English writing and oral communication
