Specifics of the Role:Base in Villeroy&Boch Shanghai Office
Must fulfil at least 6 months internship, 3 days per week
1. Task: Data Analysis and documents consolidation for New Market entry, Markets expansion, and Market dynamic tracking 2. Task: Support Tableware China Country Manager to developing additional business/product opportunities through new platforms or potential practicable market segmentations. 3. Task: Supporting Strategic Business Developing Projects:- Collect and analyse Retail & New Retail marketing information based on company business strategy.- To work with other internal teams to prepare projects and take follow up action in various stages.- Provide administrative support to the project organization and execute ad-hoc tasks if any assigned.
Required QualificationEducation:
Distinguished Bachelor degree or master's degree in business, economics, marketing, psychology, statistics or relevant fields; strong academic performance with analytic and quantitative coursework is required. Type and length of necessary job experience:
High motivation, good work ethic, maturity and personal initiative;
Effective oral and written communication skills;
Empathy, adaptability and emotional intelligence;? Strong attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset;
Self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks;? Aptitude for, and enjoyment of, working in teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially in excel, PowerPoint, etc.Specific Knowledge (only essential specific knowledge;e.g. language skills if mandatory): l Native level Mandarin Chinese, excellent spoken&written English is a must.
