RESPONSIBILITIES: In direct and tight cooperation with the Ocean freight Operation
-Assist to follow up R/O as well as freehand export business;（协助操作完成相关业务）
-Assist to follow standard and customized SOP’s for customers as directed by Management. （遵守公司在操作方面的标准化流程）
-Assist to prepare and enter shipping related data into various computer systems in an accurate and timely manner.（在系统中及时且准确的输入相关数据）
-Assist to ensure accurate and complete cost accrual data is entered into GC’s computer systems in a timely manner for each shipment file.（保证数据输入的准确性及及时性）
-Assist to prepare/handle shipping documentation （协助处理，保存相关文件）
-To assist in the preparation of freight quotations and freight invoices for customers and other GC offices (domestic and abroad).（协助运费报价及与客户确认费用）
-Assist To pro-actively act on behalf of customers and to handle all customer service related requests and tasks in a timely, accurate and professional manner. （积极主动的处理所有与客户有关的事宜）
-Assist finance colleague to push the outstanding.（协助财务人员催账）
- Assist to monitor and control all cost and income to maximize profit margin for all import business.（协助监督、控制成本，保证利益最大化）

要求：      国际贸易、英语等相关专业；英语四级及以上，具备良好的英语读写能力
