岗位职责：Main Duties and Responsibilities:
The overall goal of Safety Coordinator and Technician is major including: SHEA related jobs with management and improvement, carry out pumps and/or mechanical seal repairing jobs partly at Dalian QRC. 安全员兼技师的主要工作为在大连快速反应中心（DQRC）从事SHEA相关的管理、改进工作，以及泵维修的部分工作等.
Be responsible for SHEA at DQRC. 负责DQRC的SHEA工作.
Ensure the policies of EHS be acted. 确保公司的EHS等要求得以实施.
Be responsible for submitting safety reports to related SHEA departments. 负责向本部门及SHEA部门提交安全工作报告.
Be responsible for EHS improving and action at DQRC. 负责DQRC环境、安全问题的改善对策并实施.
Be responsible for EHS publishing and training. 负责EHS的宣传和培训.
Act the 6S and CIP as company required. 实施公司要求的6S和CIP.
Act the pump repair jobs partly. 实施泵维修的部分工作.
Act other jobs as required. 实施要求的其他工作.
