？ Establish a well‐structured sales & marketing strategic plan for life science cell culture, enzyme and Immunology products through continuous and in‐depth marketing research and analysis to capture the strong growth of China market and meet the expectations of the Company’s business development plan on the related products

建立结构化的营销战略计划；通过不断的深入的市场研究和分析，捕捉中国市场的增长点；满足公司的对业务发展的期望

？ Formulate an implementation plan with aggressive sales & marketing initiatives and penetrations in executing the above‐mentioned plan and annual sales targets

为完成年度销售目标制定执行方案并积极执行上述营销计划

？ Work closely with sales managers to allocate sales budgets, resources and supports among account managers in executing the above plans and achieving the targets

紧密配合销售经理分配销售资源并在执行营销计划实现销售目标方面给予支持

？ Provide training, technical and product supports as well as necessary supervision and motivation to sales account managers to improve their related product knowledge, selling skills and account management ability in the achievements of sales targets

为销售和用户提供相关技术和产品的培训、技术支持；激励销售完善销售技巧实现销售业绩

？ Initiate and conduct appropriate market campaigns and promotions, attend seminars and tradeshows to capture growth opportunities and improve brand and Company images in life science industry in China

发起并执行市场活动和促销活动，参加研讨会和展览会来捕捉增长机会和提高公司品牌形象和行业形象

？ Interact actively with customers, including potential customers to capture the market development trends and opportunities

Qualifications:、

应届毕业生尤佳

？ University graduate with Master Degree in cell biology, molecular biology,or Immunology.

分子生物学、免疫学、细胞生物学等相关专业硕士学历

？ Results driven
