工作内容：

1、协助项目经理开展对公司存量物业的招商、租赁、收款等工作；

2、负责在租客户的日常服务对接，解决客户诉求，以及公司客户服务内容和活动的沟通和执行工作；

3、参与公司客户服务运营体系的建立和实施，并配合执行年度客户服务线下活动；

4、上级交办的其它工作。

任职要求：

1、全日制大学本科以上学历应届毕业生；

2、对产业园区招商或物业运营工作感兴趣；

3、较好的文案处理能力，并善于沟通和表达；

4、能熟练运用excel、powerpoint等办公软件；

5、团队意识强，积极向上，具有良好的组织和执行能力。

注：该岗位的劳动合同签约主体为张江高科全资控股子公司。
