Our Community Directors are at the center of the LearningLeaders community. A
successful organization depends on valuable relationships with the community, clients, and
partners alike, as well as team members that care deeply about what happens ‘behind-thescenes’
to keep that community functioning at a superior level. If this sounds like something
you’d excel at, your chief responsibilities will be to:
? Communicate directly with clients and partners to manage relationships and solicit
feedback. From this feedback, you’ll deliver data-driven proposals advising
company direction and how best to deliver delightful and inspiring experiences.
? Serve as primary liaison to company strategic partners, e.g. regarding company
legal issues, copyright, licensing, etc.
? Manage translation team and various other remote team members
? Schedule coaching sessions and related appointments. Plan business-related travel
? Coordinate the billing process for clients
? Manage office facilities, physical coaching materials, and supply inventory, as well
as provide support on other administrative responsibilities as needed

? Ability to think on your feet
? Demonstrated passion for customer relations
? Outstanding linguistic capabilities in English and Mandarin Chinese, both in the
spoken word and in writing
? Two years of customer service experience
? Experience in the service/education industry preferred
