Associate Project Manager-初级项目经理

Job Description:

Qualifications:

• 1-3 year work experience

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Knowledge of software localization cycle, software development life cycle, and or quality assurance practices, principles and methodologies
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, email and Internet communications
• Solid experience in writing project documents in a clear and concise manner (project plan, schedule, post-project report)
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and/or employees
• Proven negotiation skills in dealing with delicate aspects of small/medium sized project proposals
• Ability to draw up and read budgets
• Experience in solving practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables
• Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality with proprietary information
• Must possess leadership, time management, and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain group focus
• Must demonstrate initiative and follow through on projects and on development of team skills and client relationships

Global Language Control多语言质控专家

Responsibilities:

• Manage and facilitate the translation phase of multilingual localization projects
• Co-ordinate, support and coach the designated language teams by providing direction, expertise, and hands-on help
• Co-ordinate with the client, Project Management Team and/or other resources on major language quality issues
• Acts as the designated Language Consultant / Contact for the client and work in partnership with the Project Management Team
• Manage and centralize customer and internal language assets (style guides, glossaries, TMs etc.).
• Responsible for the overall language quality on each project
• Assist in the design, review and sign-off of language quality processes and initiatives.
• Ensure all Quality processes/standards are consistent across all languages
• Ensure all language work is planned, scheduled, and carried out correctly
• Ensure all communications are customer focused and of the highest quality
• Assist PMs and Management with any vendor or language team performance issues
• Provide reports/feedback to Senior Language Coordinator and Management on Language Quality issues

Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Languages/Translation,  or equivalent experience

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Able to communicate in English, in a clear and simple manner in both spoken and written form
• Written and verbal skills in another foreign language in addition to English (Korean, Japanese, German etc.) are a plus
• Have some basic knowledge of different language conventions and/or translation skills, as well as working knowledge of Microsoft Office (like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), email and Internet communications
• Have some basic ideas of the localization knowledge and process in a multilingual environment, cultural awareness, language processes, domain/project-specific knowledge, including CAT/QA/QC tools, commonly used productivity tools/language management systems
• Ability to prioritize and work efficiently under tight deadlines and in stressful situations
• Strong attention to detail and quality focused

Linguist (English to Chinese) 英语笔译（英译汉）

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the translation/edit/proof/verification of text to project specifications
• Provides assistance to vendors as language or translation lead on projects, and quality assurance of software/documentation/help components
• May work with more senior linguistic staff on the creation, maintenance, update and review of linguistic software databases and algorithms of low/moderate complexity

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Strong written and oral language skills in English and Chinese
• Knowledge and experience in translating, editing and proofreading
• Experienced user of standard software, such as Windows and Office applications
• With IT, Chemistry, Materials, Machinery, Medicine, Electronics, Communication, Automation or related background is preferred

DTP Engineer 桌面排版工程师

岗位职责：

·         在Windows和/或Mac平台上完成多语言桌面排版工作

·         使用InDesign, FrameMaker, Microsoft Office以及MAC 平台上的pages, key, ibook等软件进行排版

·         使用Photoshop, Illustrator, Visio等软件进行图形图像处理

·         其他与排版相关的工作

任职资格:

·         出版、印刷、数字媒体、网页设计、广告、计算机等相关专业2018年毕业生，大学本科以上学历

·         良好的计算机操作技巧，了解并使用过InDesign, word, Illustrator, Framemaker, Photoshop 等2 种以上文档排版工具, 能熟练操作苹果系统更佳

·         良好的英文阅读理解能力，能用英文进行书面交流

·         良好的沟通能力，工作态度严谨，注重细节，学习能力强，具有较强的独立解决问题的能力

·         至少通过大学英语四级，具有特殊语言能力者优先选用，例如，日语或韩语

 

 

Localization Tester 本地化测试工程师

岗位职责：

·         负责产品的本地化测试

·         编写测试用例

·         执行软件测试用例并定位问题

·         编写Bug并跟踪Bug

·         编写测试报告

任职要求：

·         计算机及其相关专业本科以上学历2018年毕业生

·         熟悉测试流程，具备测试用例编写能力

·         熟练使用一种或几种测试管理工具、缺陷管理工具

·         优秀的英文听说读写和中文沟通能力

·         有软件本地化经验者优先考虑

·         有自动化测试经验者优先考虑

·         高度责任心，细心认真；有良好的合作态度，团队精神；愿意承受较强的工作压力，勇于接受挑战

Localization Engineer 本地化工程师

岗位职责：

·         学习和了解客户需求并根据需求选择正确效率的技术流程

·         运用本地化工具和脚本对文件进行进行分析、处理

·         通过工具和流程对软件UI进行本地化并且修复界面功能bug

·         通过工具和流程对文档进行本地化、编译、测试

·         通过工具和流程对图像、视频进行本地化处理和发布

·         对本地化的文件进行质量管理，及时给予改进方案

·         与工程师一起讨论并且优化生产流程

任职要求：

·         计算机及其相关专业2018年毕业生

·         学校已结课并且允许参加实习，能够保证全日制工作时间

·         毕业后有意向留在济南长期发展

·         有良好的计算机操作技巧及学习能力

·         熟悉通用的操作系统，Windows/MAC

·         熟练使用Office 软件 – Word/Excel/PowerPoint

·         了解并能熟用一到两种编程语言

·         优秀的英文听说读写和中文沟通能力

·         高度责任心，细心认真；有良好的合作态度，团队精神；愿意承受较强的工作压力，勇于接受挑战
