岗位介绍

一、项目执行 Account Executive（2名）

3.5k~5k/广州/本科及以上

岗位职责:

1.         了解客户需求，协助客户经理设计并撰写项目的策划方案；

Understand client's needs, design and prepare business proposal with Account Manager;

2.         根据部门标准化流程指引，为确立的方案制定具体项目实施计划，执行项目并根据项目质量标准进行项目管理；

To develop the project implementation plan based on identified program and SOP, complying to team quality standards for project management;

3.         定期向客户，客户经理及相关项目组成员反馈项目进度，对出现的问题提出相应解决方案；

Regular update progress to client, sales manager and project team, provide or seek solution when problem occurs;

4.         协助客户经理深度挖掘客户需求，活动方案策划并提出合理的优化意见，可实施性分析，以及项目效果评估；

Provide feedback and suggestion to sales manager to further provide more value to customer;

5.         能与第三方供应商进行项目合作洽谈及实施策略;

Able to liaise with 3rd party partner for project collaboration and implementation;

6.         关注行业趋势发展，学习市场营销及数据库营销行业相关新技术。

Keep abreast of current trends and the latest technological advances.

 

岗位要求:

1.         本科以上学历，文笔流畅，对市场动态具有敏锐的洞察能力；

Bachelors degree required，and be proficient in business writing, as well as with good marketing sense;

2.         有良好的理解沟通能力，独立思考、协调及处理问题能力；

Excellent communication & collaboration skills, critical thinking, and strong at problem solving process & troubleshooting skills;

3.         有良好的英文读、写能力（TEM4 及 BEC Vantage 以上优先考虑）；

Adequate English in both reading & written (TEM4 & BEC Vantage or above is added advantage);

4.         做事积极主动，工作有条理，善于思维，愿意接受挑战，能承受较大工作压力；Proactive attitude, organized, strategic thinking, and embrace challenge;

5.         积极主动，对广告及数据库营销行业有激情；

Positive, and passion for advertising and database marketing;

6.         有互联网行业或广告公司工作背景优先考虑。

Internet industry or advertising agency background preferred.
