工作职责 Main Responsibility：
1 To design thermal experiments in a systematic way to achieve the required objectives;
2 To independently lead the efforts in thermal testing;
3 Be able to analyze the testing outcomes and draw meaningful conclusions out of the results;
4 To document the findings as technical reports.
工作要求 Requirement：
1Master (or above) in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related;
2Key competence in thermal management, thermal analysis and testing are strongly preferred;
3Hands-on experience is a must;
4 Skilled in data processing and analysis in Matlab;
5 Experienced in CAD modeling, Solidworks preferred;
6 Good oral and written English;
7 Self-motivated, self-learning, strong responsibility and active attitude.
