职位描述 Summary

·支持项目/产品开发相关的研究和活动 Support project/product- related research and operation activities

·在监督下执行日常的研究实验Conduct routine research and design experiments with supervision.

·向研究助理和经理报告/负责 Report to a Research Associate or manager

岗位职责 Essential Duties and Responsibilities

·支持溶液组项目/产品相关研究的开发Support project- / product- related research in Solution development laboratories.

·在相关指导下，进行日常的研究开发活动Under direction, conduct routine research and/or developmental activities.

·理解并应用公司相关SOP，保持有关质量系统和安全要求的知识Understand and apply applicable corporate and divisional SOPs. Maintain knowledge of relevant QSR and safety requirements..

·开发GxP的相关法规和指导的知识和理解Develop knowledge and understanding of GxP and related regulations and guidance.

·支持实验室的日常操作与运营 Support routine lab operation activities.

任职要求 Qualifications

·具有实验室相关操作规范并且可以在有限的监督下进行工作Knowledge of laboratory practices & Ability to work under limited supervision required

·能够在团队环境中工作，适当支持他人Able to work in a team environment appropriately supporting others. 

·具有液体制剂的物理化学相关知识，熟悉药典，USP,EP,CHP者优先 Knowledge of physico-chemistry of solutions , familiar with pharmacopeia, USP, EP, CHP is a plus

拥有相关的实验室/技术，写作和电脑技能Possess relevant laboratory/technical, writing, and computer skills.

·药学专业，分析或制剂，本科或研究生，大三/研二最佳 Major in Pharmacy， including Pharmaceutical analysis & Pharmaceutical preparations. Undergraduate or graduate students

·每周三天及以上，六个月 More than 3 days a week and at least Six months
