1.Key responsibilities
1) Working closely with Marketing Manager who locates overseas and support as needed
2) Manage, organize & update all documents including contract, brand standard manual, PR clipping etc.
3) Assist with marketing competitor research, including pricing, new product, customer comments, mkt activities
4) Support on regular office administrative work, such as team meetings, travel, expenses, office facilities, etc.
5) Support and update on all ongoing marcom activities and distribution (brochures, banners, gifts, etc)
6) Assist with supplier on restocking and order requests
7) Liaise and coordinate with other departments and Sales to support marketing initiatives
2.Experience/Knowledge
Essential
(1)Student who can ensure at least 4 days per week to work, full week will be a plus
(2)MKT related working experience will be a plus
(3)Relate major such as marketing, business, finance etc will be a plus
(4)Undergraduate (Senior preferred)
3.Skills / Competencies

(3)Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
(4)Team spirit and service mentality
Desirable: Proficient in Excel, Word, PPT
