Position Description:
Purpose of the Position:
Lead and drive plant cross functional team to achieve quality target, includes internal and external failure in process.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
1. Monitor process quality status, in-process inspection and supplier performance
2. Analyze monitored data and find out opportunity by data analysis
3. Drive team to improve issues and make corrective actions and follow up effectiveness of actions.
4. Lead and engage in customer complaints investigation
Project involved with:
1. Customer complaints project investigate and corrective actions follow up
2. Drive Process and incoming inspection non-conformance corrective actions
Education & Experience:
? Bachelor Degree or above with Engineering or biological major related
Required Skills:
1.Good written and spoken English skill
2.Good MS office skill
3.Good communication skill

2.Self-motivated and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks
