目前我代表处需要招聘英语专业或英文语言能力突出的晚班法律秘书一至两名，面向对象为将于2018年毕业的本科生。主要工作内容以行政辅助类为主，比如处理文件修订，安排律师差旅行程等。该职位不要求有法律背景相关经验。

NIGHT LEGAL SECRETARY （Working time 13:00-21:00 / 16:30-23:00）

Work Responsibility:

-       Assisting lawyers who work overtime to amend documents, input time and other secretarial support as requested

-       Support lawyers' daily work, handling email/phones/fax /air tickets, hotel, car booking/expenses reimbursement, etc.

-       Any other relative administrative assistance as requested during the night support cover period

Requirements:

-       College degree or above in English major

-       Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing

-       Good at typing, revising and formatting documents

-       Good skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint

-       Proactive, motivated and pragmatic

-       Capable to work under pressure
