1. Set up the WI and PFMEA for new product；

2. Update the WI and PFMEA per the request of customer audit or quality improvement or EC etc.;

3. Training for operator & technician as request;

4. Modify the tooling per the request of customer or quality improvement or EC or efficiency improvement etc.;

5. Complete and release the revised tooling drawing for EC and improvement request;

6. Completed tooling conditioning for the projects transferred and improvement actions in the mass production;

7. Work with QE and Production to revise relative documents (WI & PFMEA etc.) for customer audit and to find the root cause and correct action for customer complaint.

8. High skill for trouble-shooting to support production.

1.Technical proficiency in Microsoft office suite, CAD package(s) (Pro/Engineer, AutoCAD)

2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;

3.Positive attitude, initiative, creativity;

4.Analytical and problem solving abilities. Accountability;

5.Major in Mechanical Engineering.
