Intern Title:  Project Assistant

职位名称：项目助理

• Location: Shanghai实习地点：上海

• Report to: Senior Associate   汇报对象：项目执行经理

• 3+ days/week, 3 months at least 实习周期：每周至少3天，实习期至少3个月

   

  Summary: 概要

  The Assistant will work to support the professional team and work with the firm’s Senior Associate in processing and assessing deals. 项目助理将努力支持的项目专业队伍，积极配合项目执行经理处理和评估相关所有工作

   

  Main Responsibilities主要职责:

• Conduct fundamental research of selected companies and industries为选定的公司和行业开展相关的基础性研究；

• Assist investment team to conduct due diligence for potential investment projects协助投资团队进行潜在投资项目的尽职调查；

• Compose drafts of project documents including Teaser, industry research report, financial models, etc. 撰写项目文件资料包括项目简介，行业研究报告，财务模型等

• Prepare presentation materials准备项目演示材料；

• Other supporting responsibilities按上级需求参与和完成其他相关投资管理工作。

   

  Competency Requirements能力要求：

• Junior or above, preferred in Finance and Accounting大三或以上学历，金融或财务专业者优先

• Investment banking and/or management consulting intern experience highly preferred具备投资银行或管理咨询公司实习经验者优先

• High level of focus on work quality and attention to detail. 高水平的工作质量并关注细节

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese优秀的英语水准（书面和口头），良好的汉语沟通能力

• Excellent skills at MS Office, especial in PPT, Excel and Words 熟练运用办公软件，PPT, Excel, Word

• Commercial instinct and ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines具备商业敏感性，有时间观念，具备一定的抗压能力-

• Quick learner and team player有快速学习能力和团队合作精神
