MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES:
Provide qualitative (attractive and compliant) packaging for product sourced by GS teams
· Support the Packaging Team to provide a clear request to translation agencies and a clear creation brief including design guideline and packaging elements to design agencies for artwork development
· After validating artwork and photo masters with the manager, ensure that all design aspects are correctly developed in regard of layout design, technical information with support of Packaging DCMG and commercial teams
· Consolidate all internal comments for agencies
· Filter and control artworks before starting the validation process
· Help by modifying some artworks through design software package
Ensure that packaging development is finished on time to meet deadlines
· Work hand in hand with all parties to fulfil each step of the development process in time
· Give clear visibility of status, problems or time delays of the project during the process
· Provide the final AI packaging artwork to supplier on scheduled time
Manage files and information
· Receive, organize and distribute packaging elements
· Organize and archive artworks revisions and final artworks
COMPETENCES:
· Experience across the Abobe creative software suite (Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc) and MS Office (PPT, Word,..)
· Project-minded oriented: able to multi-task and manage different projects at one time.
· English mandatory, French is a plus
· Analytical thinking ability & strong interpersonal skills
· Dynamic, open-minded and flexible & ability to work in teams
