About the Company:
ARC Capital(China entity- Chenxi) is a small & mid-market investment bank, with offices China, U.S and LATAM. Our financial team specializes on public listings and assisting companies to grow exponentially through Mergers & Acquisitions and Joint Ventures. Among the task to executive will be:
? As an intern you will help your manager in his daily tasks and operations.
? Be involved in the M&A team dealing with the whole process since the origination until the closing.
? Prepare proposals for clients learn how to attract and engage clients.
? You will have the change to manage a project under the supervision and guidance of your manager.
? Be involved in the Public Listing team to learn how to bring a company public.
? Client Management dealing with CEO and CFOs.
? Provide analysis of the Clients Company and valuations.
? Conduct market research
Requirements: ? Degree in Finance, Accountancy and related. ? Highly numerate, analytical and business focused. ? Fluent in English. ? High attention to detail, meticulous and able to work under pressure ? Able to work independently and with a high degree of commitment and integrity. ?
