Project Assistant Intern

职位描述：

1.协助项目经理完成各项工作

2.正确理解收到的客户文件，并按时反馈

3.及时安排样品给工厂，与工厂充分沟通以确保工厂清楚地理解项目内容

4.及时汇报项目进程给客户/项目经理

5.项目时间、内容等信息如有变动，应及时在客人和工厂之间沟通

6.妥善保管各轮样品，特别是确认样；尽详细地保存项目资料，以便后续查询

7.任何项目完结后都需做入文件保存

8.项目文档应清晰、易查询

Job Responsibility：

1. Assist the project manager to complete the work.

2. Correct understanding of the received client documents and feedback on time.

3. Arrange samples to the factory in time and communicate with the factory to ensure that the project is clearly understood by the factory.

4. Report project progress to client / project manager in time.

5. Communicate between the guest and the factory in a time if any changes happen.

6. Keep each sample well , especially the confirmation sample ; save the project data in detail so as to follow up the query.

7. Any project will need to be saved in the file after the end of the project.

8. Project documentation should be clear and easy to query.

任职要求：

1.勤快、对工作有热忱、愿意在工作中学习和进步；

2.本科或以上学历、国际贸易或英文相关专业毕业者优先；

3. 具备良好的英语听说读写能力及电脑操作技巧者优先；

Job Requirements:

1. Diligent, enthusiastic to work, willing to learn and progress in work;

2. Bachelor degree or above, major in international trade or English is preferred;

3. Good command of English listening, speaking, reading, writing and computer skills is preferred;

薪资待遇：全勤2500元/月
