KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 主要职责:
1. Responsible for the daily operation and service of CTC reception. 负责从化训练中心前台日常运作及服务;
2. Switchboard handling. Properly transfers in-coming calls to the most appropriate department / extension. Take messages and deliver to appropriate persons timely. 接听来电,回答客人咨询。转接来电至合适的部门或同事;
3. Politely welcome and refer visitors the relevant individual / department. 来访接待并做好登记工作,指引访客至相关的部门及同事;
4. Undertake other assignments from superior. 完成上级安排的其他工作。
QUALIFICATIONS 任职要求:
1. College degree or above. 具备大专及以上学历;
2. Good oral and written English skills. 具备良好的英语听说写能力;
3. Solid mindset in customer service. 具备良好的客户服务意识;
4. Familiar with MS office software application. 熟悉微软office办公系统。
