岗位职责描述 Description of Job Responsibility:

1. 管理工厂的定单，包括下单，定单修改，唛头确认，贴纸打印等

   Manage factory purchase orders including PO placement and revision, shipping mark approval and carton label printing, etc.

2. 管理工厂的银行信息，申请货款，付款追踪

   Manage factory banking information, Billing and payment tracking

3. 紧密与工厂和公司产品开发部/QC部同事联系，追踪定单的进度以确保按时交货。监督工厂及时定仓并在收到QC检验报告后确认出货

   Work closely with factory and MIL PD/QC team on production status tracking to make sure on time shipment. Monitor factory space booking and approval of shipments based on QC inspection report.

4. 管理一些客人的验货申请安排， 比如Wal-mart, Kmart.

   Manage inspection booking with Customer nominated 3rd party for specific customers, such as Wal-mart, Kmart.

5. 管理每个定单的出货文件， 确保文件的正确性和完整性

   Manage the shipping documents for each PO and make sure all documentation is correct and integrate.

6. 确保按要求操作Netsuite系统，及时在系统上有条理的保存相关文件并做及时更新

   Work on Netsuite for all relative process to make sure all documentations and process are recorded, organized and updated timely.

7. 根据客人需求，管理工厂的验厂

   Manage factory audit from customer if needed

8. 其他管理层安排的工作

Perform other duties assigned by management.

任职要求：英语熟练，能看懂英文资料， 能邮件沟通，临时工亦可。
