Red Pulse is a market intelligence platform covering China's economy and capital markets. The firm uses machine learning and natural language processing to automate and scale basic data collection, while incorporating cryptocurrency to create an open and transparent sharing economy for research. Ultimately, Red Pulse aims to solve the problem that we all face today: information overload. We are currently accepting applications for the position of Legal Intern.

You'll be working in our office, located in central Shanghai, and working closely with the Legal team. The qualifications and responsibilities are as follows.

Responsibilities

- Support legal counsel on legal administrative matters, and occasional drafting some legal documents (in Chinese);

- Work with service agencies to set up entities, file, maintain, and manage required business registrations and licenses in China;

- Manage fillings and other corporate secretarial and administrative matters for the company;

- Support on other legal-related matters such as the reviewing and translation of Chinese business and legal documents.

Qualifications

- legal profession.

- Native Chinese speaker with conversational English language skills. Able to communicate effectively.

- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, organized and with good time management skills.
