Main Responsibility:

  

1. Providing the contact and coordinator for logistical-claims between plants and suppliers, verify suppliers 8D reports;

  

2. Conducting the quality assessment and liaising with internal and external suppliers;

  

3. Entering complaints in ERP system and maintaining the whole process until claims are closed;

  

4. Coordinate containment activities and clean up pipeline;

  

5. Assistant other logistical claim manage process.

  

Job Requirement:

    

1. Fluent English and German speaking;

  

2. Excellent communication、problem solving skills;

  

3. Customer oriented attitude and working under high pressure;

  

4. Work location: BDA.
