职责和期望：

*在发布新功能的同时，尽快获取用户反馈，并及时跟进，为用户提供更优质的服务体验。

*认真负责对待所有任务，及时沟通反馈，并确保按时完成。

*积极与团队成员和产品经理沟通，协作，并及时更新项目开发情况。

*始终贯彻我们的开发理念，积极主动地与其他开发团队沟通。

*指导初级开发人员，统一价值观和实践方法。

*自我规划和自我驱动能力强。

*能够不断学习，并应用到实际，改善我们现有开发环境。

 

职位要求：

*拥有计算机相关专业本科学历，硕士学历优先考虑

*英语流利，能与全球分布式团队紧密联系，沟通，以期高效率地完成每一个项目

*深刻理解面向对象开发理念，应用到每一个项目工作中，打造优秀的技术框架。

*能够独立工作，善于思考，勤于动手，不依赖其他开发人员。

*至少熟练掌握一种开发语言，C++,Java,Ruby,NodeJS, 有PHP经验者优先考虑

*拥有HTML5和CSS3的经验，熟悉响应式页面的开发与维护。

*熟练使用GitHub者优先考虑

*熟悉MySQL, SQL Server数据库，同时熟悉非关系型数据库者优先考虑

Responsibilities and Expectations:

* Iterations result in early feedback and the release of value-added functionality.

* Optimizes project iterations and problem scopes to produce high feedback while delivering value to our customers quickly.

* Takes ownership of assigned tasks and ensures successful on-time completion.

* Proactively communicates the overall iteration/project status to team and product owners.

* Effectively communicates with other development teams.

* Demonstrates our development philosophy on a daily basis.

* Spreads our values and practices to other developers with less experience.

* Self-organizing.

* Ability to identify technical areas for improvement.

 

Technical Expertise:

* BS in Computer Science or related field, MS is a plus

* Has a functional understanding of how to leverage Object-Oriented software development concepts

* great English communication skills, communicate with Global Teams appropriately

* Strong understanding of Object Oriented Development required

* Possess the ability to work on a task independently without the need for constant supervision

* Experience with at least one program language, C++,Java,Ruby,NodeJS, perferred with PHP

* Experience developing scalable solutions for the web

* Experience with HTML5 and CSS3, ability to create Responsive UIs

* Experience using Github is preferrable

* Experience with MySQL, SQL Server, and experience in Non-relational DB is a plus
