Key duties include:

• Application Process: The incumbent will research vehicle systems and determine Gates products required to replace OE parts. Build strong relationships with the Automotive Technician community at vehicle dealerships and repair garages or 4S Station. Find and implement new ways of collecting and processing data in order to improve the application process; share knowledge learned with stake holders; and ensures the quality of the process.
• Discrepancies: the incumbent will respond to discrepancies such that valid discrepancies are improved or eliminated year to year. He will determine new ways to deliver key educational information to technicians so that the discrepancies are reduced.
• Customer Service: Incumbent will provide a customer service for technicians with questions on fit and function of products applicated in the Gates product line. The incumbent recognizes the need for rapid response of application research.
• Other tasks or duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

Major in Automotive or Mechanical ·

Experience in dealing directly with customer is preferred. ·

Works well under pressure, effectively handles conflict and demonstrates flexibility in work style.
