职位描述：

• 负责表面活性剂产品、脂肪醇及脂肪醇的下游产品在车用润滑油、工业润滑油以及金属加工液应用中的性能评价实验。

• 协助高级工程师准备客户需要的表面活性剂产品、应用或新产品的技术数据/解决方案。

• 协助处理客户在产品性能或应用方面的要求、问题或投诉。

• 协助完成市场调研，收集、分析和评估竞争对手的产品，并出具相应的报告。

• 协助高级研发工程师寻找新的机会，包括新产品、现有产品新的应用或新的客户等。

• 协助准备和更新产品资料包，包括产品信息单、规格、性能报告等。

• 基于销售的要求协助准备客户需要的样品，并跟进了解客户使用样品的情况。

• 确保技术支持实验室的整洁和安全，协助维护实验室仪器设备。

资格要求：

• 研究生学历。表面活性剂、润滑油相关专业应届毕业生，或具有润滑油、金属加工液行业相关工作经验。

• 良好的英语听说读写能力。

• 良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力。
