1. Receive and correctly route incoming and outgoing telephone calls at a switchboard or multi-line phone and maintain long distance call record. Take and distribute accurate messages.
2. Greet visitors and determine the nature of their visit; issue visitor passes and maintain visitor logs; alert appropriate party of visitor arrival or direct visitors to appropriate office, department or employee.
3. Respond to routine inquiries from internal or external sources, for example on the organization’s location, hours of operation, phone numbers, or email address.
4. Maintain the Stationery Stock and daily administration of office stationeries.
5. Responsible for canteen management。
6. Responsible for filing room management.
7. Responsible for transportation arrangement.
8. Help the Administration Manager to manage guard and cleaning.
9. Help the Administration Manager to manage EHS management. (keep related recording )
10. Flight tickets and hotel booking for employees or visitors for business trip.
11. Responsible for meeting room booking and record of use
12. Decorate and update the company information board on a daily basis.
13. Date preparation for the monthly attendance report of all employees; (All the overtime or leave application goes to receptionist for attendance system key-in)
14. Participate in company activities organization like team building trip, annual dinner etc.
15. May also perform miscellaneous administrative activities such as typing, organizing and distributing mail, receiving and sending courier packages, newspaper and magazines
Other possible tasks assigned by manager.
任职资格:
1. College education or above
2. Majored in tourism, English, secretary etc.
3. Familiar with MS Office Soft wares, use of fax machines
4. Good command of Mandarin, Ability to communicate in English( CET-4)
5. Team-player, Service-Minded, Pro-active
