Description
- Follow Bank Policy and fraud strategy, review and analysis the suspicious fraud cases.
- Be sensitive to market fraud patterns and emerging fraud risk, provide prevention to stop potential fraud attempts.
- According to Fraud Detection System rules, investigate credit card applications suspicious points then give the reasonable conclusion.
- Investigate the case escalate from other department which has suspicious point and give timely and prompt feedback
- Maintain the blacklist.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above.
- Sensitivity of detection.
- Fluent Mandarin and good oral English to communicate with foreign customer.
- Work hard, and cooperative.
- Strong communication ability and analytical & problem solving skill
- Persistent and able to work under pressure.
