岗位职责：

Responsibilities

1.负责公司日常电脑系统维护，包括Windows系统安装、PC硬件更换、办公软件安装等；

Manage local IT tasks controlled by global IT standards e.g.

2.安装客户端操作系统和第三方软件

client system installation with OS and third party software

3.安装并维护本地打印机，扫描仪和传真机等

install and maintain local printers, scanners, projectors and faxe machines

3. 解决各种IT问题并与总部IT同事进行合作

troubleshooting of all upcoming local IT incidents and coordinate with central IT possible solutions

4. 协调并购买IT设备并进行安装

coordinate of buying IT equipment and manage repair tasks

5. 与互联网服务提供商交流联系

contact for local ISP

6. 为同事提供本地技术支持

local technical onsite support for our employees

任职要求:

Requirements:

1. 最好具有相关 IT设备和网络运维和问题解决的经验

Experience in

troubleshooting, IT equipment and network maintenance

first experiences with ticketing systems

2. 熟悉WINDOWS、PC机硬件、服务器、路由器、wifi设备、电话机等产品的安装、管理与维护，具备故障诊断和处理能力

Familiar with the installation, maintenance and operation of basic equipment, such as Windows System, PC hardware, the Server, Router and so on. Strong ability to diagnose and deal with technical matters；

3. 熟悉各种网络设备基本维护, 了解网络硬件架构优先

Familiar with the maintenance of network equipment. And being familiar with the network hardware topology will be an advantage；

4. 学习能力强，较好的沟通和协作能力，工作主动积极、耐心细致、有责任心，具备良好的服务意识、保密意识

Team-player with active engagement and excellent inter-personal skills. Patient and responsible, also possessing good service awareness and security consciousness；

5. 计算机科学、计算机工程或其它相关专业，本科生或研究生在读，大三或研一优先

Major in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related majors. Bachelor degree or Master degree students. Prefer junior or the first-year graduate ones；

6. 优秀的办公软件使用技巧

Excellent skills in Microsoft office (preferable Office 365) and Windows operating systems

7. 优秀的英语口语及书面能力，至少通过CET-6；

Good at spoken and written English, at least CET-6 or similar

8. 每周要求到岗3-4天，持续时间六个月以上，薪资300元/天；

3-4 days a week and lasting for around 6 months. The salary would be 300 RMB/Day.
