External communication:
- Conducting desk-top research about industrial trends, competitor analysis and user behavior, etc
- Having a passion for social media and familiarity with ‘in’ trends and buzzwords; preferred if he/she has social media operation or writing experience
- Translating materials (English <-->Chinese) including press releases, media reports, etc
Internal communication:
- Support Internal projects such as Yammer Adoption campaigns, CSR etc
- Daily Internal materials content preparations such as copywriting, copyediting, employee survey/interviews etc.
- Project coordination/communication between internal department and external vendors
- Administration support: such as PO/PR/meeting room booking etc.
Marcom:
- Consolidate technical terms in English <--> Chinese
- Filing of PO & PR and documentations
- Support to generate key points in product information

Qualifications:
- Passion for the communications industry and corporate branding is a plus
- Social media adopter preferred if he/she has WeChat operation experience
- Good Chinese writing and English listening & writing skills
- Ability of research and analysis & Strong attention to details
- Logical thinking and executive
- Be diligent, hardworking and pay strong attention to details
- Sociable and active
- Quick learning and understanding new knowledge
- Strong summarizing and categorizing skills
- Can work at least 3 days/week for 6 months
