Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for machine repair and maintenance.

2.Responsible for machine installation,make sure it can work well.

3.Provide technical support to sales department to clarify technical customer demands;

4.Cooperate with other department to solve the problems.

5.Analysis on the problems and find preventation measures.

Qualification of the candidate:

- University degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with strong technical background;

- 2+ years working experience in machine installation, design or service in 4s car shop

- Excellent communication skills, good manners and behavior;

- Independent working methods and good organizational ability, targeted and self-confident;

- Willingness to travel;

- Chinese native speaker and fluent written and oral English.

- Familiar with MS-office and AutoCAD,

售后服务工程师的主要工作:

1.负责顾客设备的维修与维护.

2.负责设备的安装,并确保能按照要求正常使用.

3.为销售部提供技术支持

4.配合各部门工作及时解决问题

5.分析问题出现原因,以及做出预测分析.

任职资格

1.本科及以上学历，大型机械设备维修专业；获得低压电工证书

2.具有2年以上大型设备安装维修工作经验；有4S汽车店工作经验的优先

3.待人诚实可信，具有亲和力，语言表达能力和动手能力强；

4.能适应经常出差及不定时的工作制.

5.熟练掌握WORD,CAD等办公软件。

6.熟练掌握英语.

7.有洗车美容行业经验优先
