1.接待中外客户，接听公司总机并转接来电。
2.分发信件，快递收发。
3.负责机票订购，员工出差酒店预订以及司机安排事宜。
4. 协助支持Marketing部门的翻译及部分活动。
5.每月为办公室订购办公用品以及日常用品，安排供应商制作名片及印刷品等。
6，完成上级交代的其他工作。
岗位要求
1，为人积极乐观，做事有责任心。
2，英语或西班牙语听说读写熟练。
Job Description
- Meet and greet our clients, and answer all incoming calls and manage the messages in a polite and professional way;
- Professional presentation of the company at all times;
- Organization, maintenance of stationery and office supplies; effective management for the supply of the staff’s name cards and other company printing documents through vendors;
- Management of daily couriers, support for the routine needs for the company courier;
- Exceptional support to Marketing for the translation work and the preparation and attendance for the company event;
- Well organize the train & air tickets booking, hotel reservation and drivers pick-up arrangement for the boss and the staffs;
- Ad-hoc work.
Job requirement:
1. Optimistic and easygoing personality, proactive and responsible attitude;
2. Fluent oral and written English/Spanish
